RITUAL IS ARCHETYPAL. WE CAN TRY TO GET RID OF IT BUT IT DOES NOT GO AWAY. IT SIMPLY DISTORTS.
The earliest discovered ritual site known on the planet is in Africa showing that these ancient ancestors engaged in ritual practice 70,000 years ago — 30,000 years prior to the first known site in Europe.
The ritual instinct aches through the unspoken language of the body. This work is about deciphering & integrating this into our lives.

Somatics is about restoring the innate connection between body and mind that existed long before Western trainings on this topic. Using somatics, we work directly with the body to explore what it is to be human and to be animal with the intricate language of sensation.
Radical Aliveness community workshops help people explore not just their own inner worlds but the world we are all active participants in. We allow ourselves to be seen and heard. We also allow space for difference, conflict and curiosity. We will explore our intention and impact as well as get in touch with our values.
I have been trained in Western individualized counseling modalities. However, the more spaces that I hold – the more I see we need each other. We need to be together. Not just in our similarities but also in our differences. These community gatherings are laboratory spaces where the space and field is alive.
A ritualized life does not mean a perfect life. It does not mean ascension. During ritual, we take time out from our mundane reality to connect to the greater web of existence and mystery. We learn to improvise and create. We explore trance states to build energy not normally available to us and call on the wisdom and power of the whole.
